Our Story

The firm was founded by Steve Baghoomian, Esq., a cannabis attorney with a background few others in the field can claim. Before entering private practice, Steve served as a special investigator for the California Department of Public Health, giving him an insider’s understanding of how state agencies investigate, build cases, and pursue enforcement. He built Baghoomian Law to put that knowledge to work for cannabis operators — the people whose licenses and livelihoods depend on getting compliance right.
